I have two questions:
- Can anyone access original texts used by the Articulate AI and continue to use them?
- What copyright rules apply to images created with Articulate 360 AI?

- We retain your customer data for the duration of the subscription in order to provide the services under your agreement. When it comes to any AI subprocessors, we have a zero data retention policy. That means, we require all of our AI subprocessors to delete any customer data immediately after generating output. For more information, see AI Security and Privacy at Articulate.
- Due to the nature of AI, Articulate does not guarantee that AI-generated content will never violate any intellectual property rights. We recommend you review and comply with applicable intellectual property laws for your use cases. For more information, see our Terms of Service.
