Corner Radius Difficult to Use - Needs to be FIXED.
Is anyone else not liking the corner radius feature?
I'm constantly accidentally changing it and it is EXTREMELY annoying when interacting with objects on the slide. Today, it seems unusually horrible. I have some images that have a corner radius, and when I move them, not always, but maybe every other time, the corner radius is eliminated. Can we turn this feature off on the slide and make it only editable in the ribbon?
This really needs to be solved ASAP as moving objects around on the slide is unusable at the moment.

Hi MikeAndrews-c60,
Thanks for sharing your experience with the corner radius feature. I can see how easily adjusting or losing the corner radius while moving objects would be frustrating, so I’ve shared your idea for an option to control or turn off corner radius editing directly on the slide as a feature request with our product team.
As for the behavior where the corner radius is removed when you move certain images, that doesn’t sound expected. Could you share a bit more about what’s happening? For example:
- Are you working with images, shapes, or both when this occurs?
- Does it happen consistently or only intermittently?
- Which version of Storyline 360 are you currently using (from Help → About Articulate Storyline)?
Once we have those details, we can test this further to see if it’s a reproducible bug.

Hi Eric,
Thanks for submitting the feature request.
I'm on Storyline v3.104.35448.0. It auto updates, so I should be on the latest version.
It happens on both images and rectangles.
Seems to be intermittent, but sometimes happens every time I click on an image or shape, and then it might not for a few times. I'm constantly having to ctrl-Z.

Hi MikeAndrews-c60,
Thanks for confirming those details! I’m on the same latest version of Storyline (v3.104.35448.0) and tried to reproduce what you’re seeing. Since it’s intermittent, I tested several times but wasn’t able to trigger the same behavior.
Let’s try ruling out any installation issues next. Please run a quick Storyline 360 repair to make sure all program components are working correctly.
If the issue continues after the repair, you can share one of your affected Storyline files with us in a support case. That will let our engineers take a closer look and help pinpoint what’s going on.
