Cornerstone and Storyline

We have been seeing issues with Storyline courses that we upload to Cornerstone over the past month or so. Example of issues we're experiencing: The course sound will not work in Cornerstone, the course won't mark completed.

The courses we are seeing this with are versions of existing content - so things that were working fine in these courses previously, stop working when we update the content. When it's tested in ScormCloud, the content works as expected, so we're wondering if it's a Cornerstone issue vs. a Storyline issue?

    Since the project works as expected in SCORM Cloud, I advise you to reach out to your Cornerstone for more information and troubleshooting, as it sounds like it could be an issue on their end.
