Could not able to create New Course on Articulate Storyline 360

I am using the Articulate Storyline 360 trial. After I
downloaded the Articulate 360 and while opening Storyline 360,  
a dialog box appears as below. 

I have tried multiple times. I have tried reinstalling but that did not
work.

Kindly help me with this issue.
