Course built in Articulate 360 not checking completion on Mobile app in BRIDGE
Hi Danielle,
I know it's been a long time since this post but I was wondering if you ever came up with a solution? We are having a similar issue with course completion in Bridge.

Thanks so much for checking back in!
Unfortunately, the discussion that the link points to is a bit dated, already archived, and no longer publicly viewable. The key fix shared there was to change the course’s reporting option in Storyline to "Passed/Incomplete", which matches Bridge’s SCORM requirements. You can find more details in Bridge’s SCORM implementation guide here: Bridge SCORM PDF.
Once that setting was updated, courses started tracking properly in Bridge. I hope this does the trick for you. If not, I’d recommend reaching out to Bridge LMS support since they’ll be able to dig in further with you.
