Course Conversion from Flash to HTML

If I only have the player and data files from an old course, can I convert it from Flash to HTML? I believe it was done in Articulate Studio 13. I do not have the PPT or narration files. 

If so, where can I find instructions on how to convert the player and data files to HTML?

    There's no easy way to convert the files if you don't have the source files. If you have a computer that will still play the Flash content, there could be a way to do it via screen captures.
