Course Evaluation in Rise

Hi,  Is there anyway to create a quick course evaluation metric at the end of a course? I've tried adding a quiz to ask "How would you rate this course?" but Rise quizzes seem to require a correct...

Hi, Train Development!

As Karl mentioned, one way to add evaluation questions to your lesson is to embed a survey from a third-party tool (like Google Forms or Survey Monkey) using a Multimedia Embed block. 

Use this iFrame code format for easy embedding!

    Hi Alyssa (and Karl),

    Thank you for the workaround!  However when I went to add the iFrame code I copied from a Google Form it didn't populate the form.  Rather, it stayed in code format.  Am I doing something incorrectly?

      Hi,

      What block type are you using? A Code Snippet block will not work

      Use a MULTIMEDIA / EMBDED block.
