Course not resuming correctly
I used a true false quiz slide to check learner prerequisites and inserted a button on the false layer and added two triggers to be actioned when it is clicked. One trigger is to hide the layer and the other is to exit course. When testing in the LMS if clicked it exits the course (great) but on returning to the course it opens on the false layer so the learner cannot continue. I have wasted two hours trying to work out how to fix this but no luck! Neither of these trigger orders close the layer! Any help would be appreciated.

Must the "exit course" button be there?
In other words -
- Learner answers "True" - proceeds to course (I presume)
- Learner answers "False" - gets two options:
- Hide layer, continue somewhere
- You have "exit course" - Make this another "hide layer" - proceed to a subsequent slide that does nothing more than function as a placeholder before exiting the course.
If the purpose of the T/F is to provide learners the chance to demonstrate or show that they know the material and therefore do not need to take the course, then I probably wouldn't have them directly exit the course anyway. On that placeholder slide I would consider putting something like a "You've shown that you don't need to take this course. If you want to exit, choose the exit... If you want to review the material anyway, choose the material..." Or something similar.

HI J,
Thank you for responding so quickly I appreciate your suggestions. What you suggested is similar to what I ended up doing to overcome this.
However, I am still wondering why the 'exit course' trigger is overriding the 'hide layer' trigger.

Check the order of the triggers. Whichever is higher in the sequence will take priority over the one(s) below that.
