Storyline 360 Resume Course Error
I have a scorm with a branching system. The learner needs to be able to leave the course at any time and resume where they left off. However, no matter where in the course they are when they leave, the resume takes them to the same Quiz question in one of the branching scenarios. I can't figure out why. Here is what I've double checked:
Player Brower settings:
- Resume: On restart: Prompt to resume
Initial Branching Slide
- User advances by clicking one of two buttons.
- Slide Properties
- Slide advances: Automatically
- When revisiting: Automatically decide
- Slide navigation & gestures = all unchecked
- Player features = Player defaults
All Quiz Slides = Slide Properties:
- Slide advances: By user
- When revisiting: Automatically decide
- Confirmed the result slide is the correct one (there are three quiz Scenes).
- Slide navigation controls: All unchecked EXCEPT When Revisiting enable player navigation
- Player features = Player defaults.
All other slides:
- Trigger: Jump to next slide when timeline ends on this slide.
- Slide Properties
- Slide advances: Automatically
- When revisiting: Automatically decide
- Slide navigation & gestures = all unchecked
- Player features = Player defaults
What else can I check?

How big is the course, and what publishing standard are you using?
SCORM 1.2 has limited space for storing the suspend/resume data. If it runs out of space, it just resumes a course at that point. The solution to that is to use a standard with a higher limit, such as SCORM 2004. Here's more info: Storyline: Exceeding SCORM Suspend Data Limits
You can also check whether the course works in the SCORM CLOUD: How to Troubleshoot Your LMS with SCORM Cloud | Articulate - Community. If it works there, then the problem may be with the LMS/LRS.
