Course Progress disappears

I have created a module which includes a Storyline quiz which must be passed on the second last activity. The course is exported with tracking set to the Storyline quiz.

Just this one. We tend to use the inbuilt quizzes for Rise so this one is an outlier. PeopleFluent is the LMS. I have just added a completion trigger to the storyline quiz and am going to try that.
