Course Progress disappears

Hi Karl,
Not sure its the LMS. I tested the updated module, got as far as the final quiz, quit the module. Then I came back to the module after logging out. The LMS status is In Process as it should be. But all the progress within the module was lost. I've not seen this before.

Tried again starting from scratch with new enrolment. Got through to the step of attempting the quiz but failed it (intentionally). Again, closed the module and when I returned to it, all the progress had been lost.
