Course reset

Hi, SO in my course the reset rectangle is at the last frame. Clicking it should restart the course. Problem is just the content in the first frame starts to play (in this case audio) rest doe...

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the playback of your Storyline 360 course!

    When you say "frame" are you referring to a Storyline Slide? Also, is the course failing to restart when previewing, or after it's been published to a specific format?

    One thing you can check is the Slide Properties for each Slide. To ensure your course restarts correctly, I suggest setting the "When Revisiting" property to "Reset to initial state".

    However, if the issue persists it would be helpful to see a copy of the .story file you're working with. Feel free to upload that here in the discussion or privately through a support case.
