Are you able to share details or screenshots of your Reporting and Tracking options?
It would be helpful to know:
- Which tracking options do you have selected?
- How are you reporting to the LMS (Passed\Failed, Completed\Incomplete, etc.)
- Which standard are you using (SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, TinCan, etc.)?
