Course used to display in my LMS for months. Now suddenly it no longer displays at all...
This is kind of a challenging situation. I developed a very media rich course in Rise with 11 Storyline interactions added as Interactive blocks: (knowledge checks, text-to-speech storyline interactions etc.). It's the most challenging course I've ever developed, and I've been doing this for a long time.
I published the course to my LMS in May 2025. It displayed perfectly until recently.
Now, when learners try to access it, there's a completely blank screen.
What makes this situation tough is that we use a proprietary, in-house developed LMS.
So I can't even share what it is, in terms of troubleshooting. It's no Cornerstone etc.
I've made a duplicate of the course (scrubbing out all of the proprietary information).
I have a hunch that it could be bandwidth. Is there a benchmark that all Rise courses
should shoot for in terms of course girth (universal to most LMS providers)?

That suggests something changed with the LMS and/or the server where everything is hosted. Or perhaps IT rolled out some security measures that impacted what browsers can load or can access.
You could test the course in the SCORMCLOUD ( How to Troubleshoot Your LMS with SCORM Cloud | Articulate - Community ). If it works there, then that's evidence to give your LMS/IT folks.
