Course Wont jump to the Next slide

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry you've hit this snag! I have a few clarifying questions to start.
- Which LMS are you using?
- Have you tried playing the course in a different browser?
- Is the issue occurring at the same point each time or sporadically?
- Is this happening for every user?
