Cover slide not transitioning

1- On slide #3 presentation cover slide should exit at 1min. 56sec and default to video presentation.  It was working until today.  We have deleted and reuploaded, tested independently, and published into 360 to attempt to correct.

2- slide #4

Q&A session close captioning was in sync, but now is starting 4.70 seconds late.

We have worked on this for 7 hours to no avail.

Please help.  I am attaching the file for your convenience and assistance.
