Create a custom rewind button?

I'm surprised I haven't seen this question asked before, so I'm hoping its something so simple and basic its not worth mentioning.

Hi Team
I would like to only have a rewind button and hotspot the seekbar so the learner can't fast forward the video.
Any updates on how I can insert a rewind trigger, Ill attach a screenshot of how I want it to look.
