Create a 'flashing' shape
Hi, I am trying to make an arrow flash to draw attention to it on an instruction page. I have set up a state to change it's colour and created a looping timeline that changes the state every second. This doesn't seem to be working though and I am wondering if is because the arrow is on a layer rather than on the base?
Could anyone offer any advice on this?

The location of the arrow on a layer may be part of the problem, if that layer has not been instructed to show over the base layer. However, if that layer is set to appear at specific intervals (say, time markers) then it should not be a problem.

There are a few different ways people do this. I have created a sample with 3 different types of flashing arrows. It really depends more on preference or on how much control you want over the speed of the flash, etc.
