Created Training course content lost

I recently began using Rise 360 and am contemplating subscribing for the Elearning feature for my organization..   Im starting to have 2nd thoughts because I keep losing my content.  I get this message that says error occurred, and I'm having trouble retrieving the content already created.   Doesn't seem stable to me..
