An object instance would certainly save all that work. The use of Object Instances in Storyline would be a valuable tool. The Object Library has most of the concept. Need to add
Shapes and Groups of Shapes
Option to Right Click on an item (that is in Object Library) and select "Update in Object Library"
- when this option is selected all instances change to the new version you have edited.
