In today's webinar "How to Create Accessible Courses with Articulate 360" David mentioned uploading a video to YouTube as a caption generator tool. When I do that the caption is saved as an sbv file...
If you use Youtube to create captions, you should see these options (I just checked 4/2/24).
Another free option to create captions is here. Someone else in the community just told me that it worked for them.
