Creating Multiple Choice Assessments with Really Long Text

Hi all, 

I'm looking for advice and best practices around creating assessments that have really long prompts and long multiple choice answers. Ideally, the learner would be able to see the entire prompt while answering the question. I've attached an example below.

    You might consider putting the question into a lightbox so that the learner can toggle back and forth between the Q and the answer options. Another idea may be to create a "carousel" for the answer options - one is presented at a time, overlaying the question.
