That is possible with Storyline 360.
You could use True/False variables to track which questions are answered correctly and incorrectly. Then use triggers with conditions to steer the user to the appropriate scenes. For example, have a menu that shows buttons to the required scenes.
It’s worth the effort to learn about variables and trigger conditions, because they provide the real power in Storyline. Here’s more info info.
