cue-point triggers layer, but the layer also shows if the user uses the seekbar

Hi,

I've got a slide with a video on it.
At a certain cuepoint (for example at 00:10) a layer is triggered ("show layer when timeline reaches  cue point").
That works fine.

But if a user is using the seekbar to jump forward - for example to 00:20 - the trigger fires although it should not because it does not really "reach" the cue point (00:10).

Is there a way to prevent that from happening?
