Cue Points and time triggers seem to slip

Thank you for the signature reminder.
I use the Chrome browser. I publish to Review 360 but the final deliverable is hosted on the company's web server. Maybe I need to delete my cache more often? In any case, I am glad the timing was good for you; hopefully, it was good for all the learners too!
Today I am making another "Calling 311" audio. I will see if that one works out better.

It is helpful to keep in mind that cleaning out your browser’s cache ensures that your device has the latest course content and that your browser isn’t accessing outdated or invalid files.
Like Luciana, I also tested the audio within your Review link. Everything seemed to be syncing correctly and it sounded great!
