Cue points in preview mode

I'm using cue points to line up translated subtitles to the right points in a video. I find that if I run the preview in the timeline the cue points are out of sync with the video. The only way to check that a cue point and the subtitle I've put there are in the right place is to run the whole slide from the beginning.  Preview mode isn't accurate. When you're dealing with a 3-4m video that gets really tedious. Is this a known issue, or is there a workaround, or am I just doing it wrong :-) ?

    This is an issue that has been addressed with the QA team. When there is updated information to share, I will post this here.

      Hi Vicki, 

      Sorry to hear that you ran into a similar issue. Since this thread is pretty dated, I'd recommend opening a support case with us here so we can take a look at what's happening with your cue points. If you're willing, please include a copy of your project file, or a video showing the issue so we can test the behavior accordingly. We'll delete these files when we're done troubleshooting.
