Custom Block | Can't Delete!

Hi,

So I was testing out the new Custom Block in Rise 360. Firstly, when I add an image, nothing appears and secondly, when I try to delete the block altogether, it doesn't delete!

The 'undo' countdown appears but it never actually deletes, so at the moment I have a Custom Block permanently stuck on my course.

Any help?

    I can't replicate that behavior. I can delete a Custom Block.

    Things to try: 

    • Be sure you are working in a supported browser. (You should see a warning when you log in to Rise in an unsupported browser.)
    • Exit the course, and then retry deleting the Custom Block.
    • Delete the browser history/cache, close the browser, and retry. 

     

    If none of that works, I suggest you contact Articulate support directly: https://access.articulate.com/support/contact 

    By the way, because the Custom Blocks are still in BETA, I suggest only inserting them in a practice course.
