Custom Course Timer in SL 360

I found a workaround by using a simple javascript timer that starts on a button click and ends at another trigger several slides later. Since it's javascript, it runs in the background and doesn't seem to be affected by layers. There are a few browsers that may not report it correctly and it's not 100% accurate, but it's better than the complete lack of built in support for this.
