Custom Drag & Drop Interaction with 'Dummy' Options

I've built a custom drag and drop interaction slide in Storyline 360 and I have my 5 correct answers to drop on the screen but i also wanted to include a number of incorrect answer op...
If you give an object a trigger with "dragged over" or "dropped on", it becomes draggable.
