Custom image library in Rise 360

Hi there, I work for an organization with a very strong brand identity in terms of iconography that we can use. We have a large number of approved icons that I'd like to be able to import into a shared image library in Rise.

This way whenever we create new content, any team member is able to access the icons without needing to upload a new one each time.

Is this a feature that exists?

With the Mighty extension you can upload custom fonts. Then you can upload a font file format. You may even be able to use Font Awesome to create the icon file for you. Font Awesome

I agree with tjniko my first thought is a custom icon font (in full color, SVG/vector font) that you share with your team is probably the most efficient. But when a new icon is added, it turns into a headache managing that font file for the team. I developed a different method here- it leverages the built-in Equation Editor to use a custom icon library in Rise.

  • Hello ChloePinteau177,

Thanks so much for sharing this idea with us! Having a shared image library for your organization’s icons sounds like it would help streamline your team’s workflow in Rise 360.

I’ve passed your request along to our product team, and we’ll let you know if anything changes that might help.
