You can do an image fill on markers so you could create images beyond 20.

I'm not following.

If you set the icon to the blank icon you can then add an image fill on the format menu, this image can be a circle with a number on it, you will need to make these images and for consistency probably want to make 1-20 as well

Is it possible to resize a marker?

There isn't an option to resize the marker itself, but the size of the text box can be customized!

Could you add an Alphabet set of markers, please?
