No, it is not. It will only affect the order of slides in the Menu. Additionally, I recommend reviewing the triggers associated with your custom navigation buttons again. Just in case you have missed something.
I think this fixed it and even why the next buttons were skipping. I think they were skipping to what was supposed to be next. Thank you so much!!
