Custom Next and Back buttons not working in iPad landscape mode

Hi Folks,

I have a course developed in the latest version of Articulate Storyline 360. All the functions are working as expected in the desktop. However, when I launches it in the iPad, the Next and Back buttons are stopped working.

And to add bit more info, if I refresh the course in landscape mode, the buttons are starts working again. I don't know what's the issue and couldn't able to resolve it for quite a sometime now.

I really hope someone here can help me out to solve this problem.

    Thanks for reaching out! So sorry to hear you're having difficulty with your course when viewing on your iPad. I understand your frustration. 

    Would it be possible for you to share you file with us here in this thread or privately in a support case? That way, we can take a closer look at what you are experiencing.

    I suggest that you report this problem directly to Articulate's support staff. You can do that here:

    FYI: I had a similar problem, except it was with a Storyline block in Rise. The buttons in the lower part of the slide wouldn't work on my iPad unless I opened the block in full-screen mode. Fortunately, I could make it work by moving the buttons more toward the middle of the slide. But, of course, that's not always an option.

    Thanks Luciana and Judy for your quick response. Really appreciate it.

    Unforutunately i couldn't share the working source file and hence i created a test story file with only the next and back buttons and reported this to the supported team.
