There are probably a few different ways, but the easiest one-and-done is to add triggers to the top-level master slide:
They could be added to each slide individually, or even to specific slides if you so choose, but by putting them on the master slide, the triggers are essentially embedded in every instance of that slide you create. The illusion is that the keyboard shortcuts are triggering the navbar accessibility options but the reality is probably that the navbar is triggering its own lightbox independently of the keyboard shortcuts. They're simply lightboxing the same slide.
