Hi Matthew_M
You can use a keyboard shortcut to trigger the custom Player tab, but I’d test more than just whether the shortcut works.
Check that:
- the shortcut doesn’t conflict with an existing Storyline shortcut;
- keyboard-only users can reach and use the content;
- focus moves somewhere logical when the help opens;
- the help content has a sensible Focus Order;
- focus behaves reasonably when the help closes;
- the published course works as expected, not just Preview.
The key is to test the complete interaction, not just the shortcut itself.
