customise likert scale

Not sure if this is the correct place to post but thought someone would have some useful advice. I have added a question to a slide using the likert scale option. I have added 3 answers ...
it's been 3 years and we have no new options for the likert scale? I've submitted a request, but that does not solve the current issue.
