customise likert scale

Hi All, Not sure if this is the correct place to post but thought someone would have some useful advice.  I have added a question to a slide using the likert scale option.  I have added 3 answers ...

I changed the scale labels, and clicked ok, but when I go to Slide view, my second label is missing. Why does this happen and how can I display it??

    Hi Joseph!

    It's hard to determine why the second label is missing without seeing your project file. Do you mind sharing the .story file in this discussion or privately in a support case? We'll take a look to see what might be causing the snag here!

        Hi Joseph - what did you do to solve this issue? I've just come across the same thing - middle label of the Likert text missing.
