This is a great question!
While you can customize the subject and message of learner notification emails, welcome emails will automatically include the name and email of the admin that generated the invitation. We currently have a feature request logged for the ability to change the second paragraph of this welcome message. I've shared your comments with our developers and we'll let you know if we have an update to share.
