Hi Russell,
If you are the Course Owner:
Course / Settings / Labels
That will allow you to customize the course labels in the right-hand column.
Labels are organized and grouped by Sections such as Quiz & Knowledge Check, etc.
Please note that if you make any changes to these labels, the changes will also apply to all other courses that use this same label set.
