Customizing Ribbon

I'd like to customize the ribbon at the top of my Storyline work screen (the tabs that appear whilst working on a project, not embedded in player's menu). I'm able to do this in my Microsoft programs...

So actually amending the order of items in the ribbon itself cannot be done? Just the QAT? 

Separate from the QAT, I hoped I could rearrange ribbon sections (ex: on HOME tab, that would be Clipboard, Slide, AI Asst New, Font, Paragraph, Drawing, and Publish).  Would like to move "AI Asst New" to the far right with other lesser used sections.

On Microsoft Word, for example, you'd right click within the ribbon and have a pop-up with the option to add, remove, and customize the tabs, sections, functions within the tabs, and sequencing.

I'm looking to do the same thing, and I'm surprised that this function does not exist. For a program that supports accessibility, this is a miss. The icons on the QAT are drastically small and very challenging to use as a vision-impaired designer. 

It is extremely frustrating that the AI Assist tools take up 20% of the Insert Ribbon even if you do not have a subscription for the AI tools.
