Thank you so much for sharing your project! It looks like you're missing a few variables to determine where the learner goes after they answer all of the questions. I've added additional variables to your project to make sure that after the learner answers all questions, in whichever order, they go to the Results Slide.
I've attached the updated project to this reply! I've also changed the Review buttons to hidden as the initial state, and then they change to the Normal state when the learner has answered the question.
