Dark mode inverting white text to appear black

I am now getting a couple of user experience this issue. Specifically on a SCORM test where the questions are picked from question banks.
The course has been running ok for a number of years but only now this is an issue.
Very strange.
I have noted the comment about dark mode and colour inversion and will check this out next time it happens.
