Data asset management

We put everything in Amazon S3. It's nice because you can use it to host your published files but it's also a great way to store the source files!

You can try Alienbrain, Perforce Helix Core, or Airtable — all good for managing assets in creative projects like Storyline files. For simpler needs, Dropbox or Google Drive with good folder structures can also work well.
