default inserts
There are requests from 9 years ago--IS THERE STILL NO WAY TO CHANGE THE DEFAULTS for inserting video and images ("Show until end" has to be manually changed, every time, really???)?

Sometimes I wonder if they even actually listen. This has been on the record for darn near a decade with it being on the feature request list near that long. Ridiculous.
