Hi Team,
Delay in generating Purchase Order as Articulate Security team needs to complete Risk Assessment Survey and submit to the customer. Account renewal date passed last week.
Now, What happens to the account and content (1 account + 3 seats), do we get grace period as we are already in process of renewing the subscription for next two years and in communication with Customer Success team.
