I am having this exact same problem. I have also created a support case, but if there is a quick answer on how to fix, can you post it here?
Alas, I did not find a good solution. In the end I just moved the files to the right and lived with a 5 second delay before the speaking starts. Not ideal, but I had to move on.

One of the things Articulate support suggested was clearing my browser cache . . . and it worked!
