Deleting unused media files without Media Library

Hi Cecilia, I don't think there is another solution for this, as it's specifically what the Media Library is for. I would recommend that you work with support to determine why your Media Library is not open, as it's an essential tool in the application. It should be working.

• You mentioned the Media Library fails to open within your Storyline files. Do you receive any kind of error message? If so, please share that with us! 
• What kind of files are you looking to remove? Have you tried clicking on the specific media type within the Media portion of the INSERT tab?
