Designing a conversation flow
I'm looking to design a conversation flow and wondering if there are templates or frameworks already in existence. The idea is almost a hybrid of a chatbot conversation flow without the bot plus objection handling responses. Rather than a click exercise for a user, it would be more helpful if it were more of an automated experience.
Kind of cryptic, I know, but hoping to benefit from others' experiences!
