Disabling correct/incorrect scoring in Rise assessment
Hi! I've created an assessment at the end of my course in Rise. I'd like the questions to avoid a "correct/incorrect" grading approach. I just want to provide feedback indicating whether an answer is appropriate, without showing a final score or mark.
Is there a way to remove the correct/incorrect labels and disable scoring? Thanks

You want to use the quiz function more like a Knowledge Check?
There currently isn't a way to do this in Rise.
Hi! Thanks for your replies. The problem is that I still want to give them feedback for each option, and if I go with knowledge check that won't be possible.
