Disabling Next button on failure layer of a quiz

I'd like to disable the next button in the navigation on the failure layer of a quiz. If the learner passes the quiz, they click NEXT and go on to the final slide, but when they fail they must...
You should be able to make a trigger on the Failure layer to change the state of the Next Button to Hidden.
